Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of GSC MCP, operated by FourTran. By connecting or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
GSC MCP provides MCP tools for authorized Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Merchant Center data, together with indexing diagnostics, SEO analysis, historical reporting, IndexNow support and related growth workflows.
2. Your accounts and authorization
You must have permission to access any Google property, account, container or Merchant resource you connect. You are responsible for choosing the permissions you grant. Read-only modes are available for reporting; broader management capabilities are optional and should be granted only when needed.
3. Actions that change external systems
Some tools can submit or delete Search Console sitemaps, update supported GA4 configuration, modify GTM workspaces or publish a GTM version, or submit URLs to IndexNow. These actions are not performed merely by connecting the service. Where applicable, they are exposed as explicit management tools and require confirmation or an authorization flow appropriate to the action.
4. No ranking or indexing guarantee
Search visibility, crawling, indexing, rankings, analytics processing and Merchant eligibility are controlled by third-party services. GSC MCP does not guarantee that a URL will be crawled or indexed, that rankings will improve, that analytics sources will reconcile exactly, or that a submission will be accepted by a third party.
5. Third-party services
Google, Cloudflare, OpenAI/ChatGPT/Codex and IndexNow are third-party services with their own terms and policies. GSC MCP is an independent developer tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or OpenAI. Availability may depend on those providers’ APIs, quotas, permissions and service status.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use GSC MCP to access data you are not authorized to access, bypass API limits or access controls, distribute credentials, abuse third-party services, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of connected providers.
7. Security responsibilities
Keep your Google and ChatGPT accounts secure. Do not submit passwords, MFA codes, private API keys or unrelated sensitive information through tool inputs. If you believe your connection has been compromised, revoke the Google authorization and disconnect the plugin.
8. Availability and changes
The service may change as Google APIs, MCP standards, Cloudflare infrastructure or ChatGPT plugin requirements evolve. Features may be modified, limited or discontinued when necessary for security, policy compliance or provider compatibility.
9. Disclaimer
GSC MCP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. SEO, analytics and operational outputs may contain incomplete data, delayed third-party data, heuristics or estimates. You remain responsible for reviewing consequential changes before applying them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, third-party outages, ranking changes, data-processing delays or actions you explicitly authorize.
11. Termination and data
You may stop using the service by disconnecting it and revoking Google authorization. For server-side data deletion requests, follow the Support page. Data handling after a verified deletion request is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If a material change affects how the service operates, the public documentation or listing may also be updated.
